If you haven’t started a campaign and the first results are not delivered within 30 calendar days of purchase, we will refund 100%. Refunds will not be issued in any other circumstances. Orders with status processing’ and/or in progress are considered to be initiated.
We don’t have any control over the social networks that we use to promote our campaigns. Therefore we cannot control their actions such as updates, algorithm changes, or fluctuations in numbers. If you experience any drops in the numbers of fans, followers, views etc, we will re-add them for 30 days from the date of initial order delivery.
