The outcome of the purchase is nothing but the result of a custom-built marketing campaign. Similar to buying SEO or other online marketing service. All amounts on our service orders forms are approximate. We will deliver what you have ordered as a minimum, but can deliver more. Except where otherwise noted, all services offered on our websites are provided as one-off marketing campaigns. We cannot guarantee any other engagement than the one you have purchased for your campaign.

We are not motivated by the social signals and results we deliver.

We never ask the owners of social accounts that are associated with social media signals to consent to our sending them messages. We don’t try to misguide them.

The social media results we deliver are not owned by us or our customers. All of them are the property of their respective owners.

Fulfillment Place Orders

We guarantee that you will receive all services ordered. We cannot guarantee or warrant delivery times. Your order timescales are an estimate and your order could take longer than stated. The content you submit, the time spent and many other factors will affect your results. We track the delivery of your order using public statistics. Therefore, we log the beginning point of your campaign (for examples the number or followers) and then add the ordered amount. This will not take into account any other campaigns that may be impacting the total count.

Refunds

While they may be issued, themarketingheaven.com will not offer refunds unless under special circumstances. We will refund you the amount equal to 100% of the purchase price of a  campaign if the campaign has not been started and first results have not been delivered within 30 days of your purchase.
